Vanguard is a Singapore based manufacturer of lifeboats, rescue boats and davit systems. Based out of Singapore it has its own manufacturing facility in Nantong , China and has the capacity to produce about 200 lifeboats under various classifications i.e. Lloyds, ABS, GL, etc, a year.
