The company was founded in 1952 - under the trade name of Maritime Plastic Co. A/S, originated from part of the initial activities of the company building lifeboats of GRP. Since 1994 the company name has been changed to a more modern and current day version, MariTeam A/S. MariTeam's main business activities are concentrated on supplying all types of life saving appliances, safety accessories and other equipment to the maritime industry. In addition herto MariTeam A/S is general agent and importers of HEWI bathroom fittings (also for disabled people), GEESA bathroom fittings, C/S ACROVYN wallprotections, C/S PEDISYSTEMS entrance flooring systems and BERGO flooring systems - providing sales and service to both the building industry and the maritime industry.
