CSIC Electrical Machinery Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-owned joint-equity enterprise organized by Shanxi Fenxi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., an affiliate of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), by taking advantage of resources provided by Wuxi Electrical Instrument Assets Management Co., Ltd., CSIC Science & Technology Investment & Development Co., Ltd., and No. 711, 712 and 704 Research Centers of CSIC. CSIC Electrical Machinery Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2006. It was formed by former Wuxi Fenxi Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanxi Fenxi Heavy Industry Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. and Jieli Air Separation Equipment Corporation through optimization and integration.
